At The Scented, we want you to feel confident in every fragrance discovery; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that all products remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused items back in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping carton with the provided return authorization slip.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our scent specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
